Chris Domaleski with the National Center for the Improvement of Educational Assessment (NCIEA) prepared this video address for the TAO Days conference held in Budapest Hungary on September 22, 2014. Chris leads the NCSC technology committee work with our CTB and BreakThrough partners. TAO is the open source platform prominently used in the NCSC assessment system. In this video Chris explains NCSC's groundbreaking work with TAO and describes the progress and promise of using open source technology to support the assessment priorities of NCSC member states.
